27 New Gloucester can fit upwards to 40 people. There are 27 seats for table and bar dining along with an additional two couches, three sofa chairs, and a large bench.

Included in the rental: classic white dinnerware, silverware, glassware, and linens for 40. Some serving platters and bowls, a walk-in fridge, 3 bay sink, small ice-maker, commercial dishwasher.

Use with Additional Fee: Kitchen equipment such as the stoves, AGA (winter only), mixers, or espresso machine (we will need to be informed of which equipment you intend on using). Estelle wine glasses, vintage glassware, and colorful plates are also available. Beeswax taper candles are available for purchase.

Robin’s Kitchen may be available for small coffee, food, and drink catering.

  • There is not an outdoor space included in the rental. The property is shared with multiple buildings and we ask that you and your guest be respectful of that.

  • We can try to find a time for you to see the space however the space is one open room and we find that the pictures do a great job of capturing the look and feel.

  • The time stated for event start is the earliest you can show up for the event.

  • You may not drop anything off prior to the event. If an additional day is needed for prep ,you will be required to pay for that day as well.

  • We charge $500 for an 8 hour rental. We charge an additional fee for use of our kitchen equipment due to wear on equipment.

1000 sq. feet of shooting space with an additional pantry area and walk-in fridge.

Props may be used for an additional fee.

Located in New Gloucester, Maine. Just a 30 minute drive from Portland, Maine and PWM airport.

Free on-site parking. Private, first-floor entry.

Facilities

A large ADA bathroom complete with a shower is available. The bathroom and shower may be used for photography purposes upon request.
